The wines are carefully fermented in modern computer-controlled stainless steel-tanks to preserve the rich and authentic aromatic flavour profile of each respective grape. “Tradition has importance for us”. We also use traditional oak-barrels. These are exclusively reserved for reds. We do not produce any “Barrique wines” as we wish to offer wines which reflect the winegrowing potential of Rheinhessen at its best all over the world.
